How can I switch from monthly to yearly? 

A: 

  1. Go to App Store > Subscriptions > Tap the app name 

  2. Select yearly subscription

How can I switch from monthly or yearly to Lifetime? 

A: 

  1. Go to App Store > Subscriptions > Tap the app name 

  2. Cancel the subscription

  3. Send an email to support@breakthroughapps.zendesk.com mentioning you want to switch to Lifetime subscription. Include the following: 

    1. App Name

    2. Your email you used to login to the app (in app go to Profile> Settings the email is above the Logout button)

  4. Logout of app & log back in

  5. The payscreen should come up now, where you can select Lifetime

Already a subscriber on iOS or Android but want to subscribe through the website?

You can subscribe through the website, but must cancel the subscription from the respective iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Follow the below steps to switch your subscription.

Step 1: Log in to the website with your existing app account

Step 2: Select a plan & purchase a new subscription on the web

Step 3: Cancel the subscription renewal by following instructions here

Note: iOS App Store or Google Play Store payments cannot be used as credit for the purchases made on the website. 

I just purchased the subscription, how do I redeem it? 

PURCHASED FROM THE WEBSITE

Redeem the subscription in the official mobile app! Follow these instructions:

1. Login to the website where you purchased the subscription, with the same email you used for Sign Up or Log In

2. Tap the appropriate app store & download the app

3. Log in to the app with the email address from #1 

4. Enjoy!

PURCHASED FROM AN APP

If purchased from the app you should have premium access. If you keep seeing the “pay screen” with payment options try tapping on RESTORE at the bottom left of the screen

How can I cancel my subscription?

Depending on where you purchased the subscription there are different ways to cancel your subscription. If you purchased the subscription on the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store follow instructions here. If you purchased the subscription through a website, then log into the website tap cancel.

What subscription plan am I on?

Log into the app to see your subscription plan by going to Profile (bottom right) > Settings (top right) > Subscriptions. If you don’t see the subscription row you may need to scroll down.

How do I upgrade to a yearly or lifetime plan?

Yearly or Lifetime access may be purchased at any time!

If you currently have a subscription, please follow the directions below for canceling your subscription. Please note, purchasing a lifetime subscription will not necessarily cancel the auto-renewal of a current subscription so be sure to complete these steps to avoid extraneous charges.

Subscribed via iTunes and Google Play:

If you have a current subscription through iTunes or Google Play, you will need to cancel your current subscription's auto-renewal to ensure you are not charged again. Follow the instructions here to do so.

Subscribed via Website:

  1. If you have purchased a subscription from the website and want to change to yearly or lifetime.

    1. Login to the website:

    2. Cancel the subscription

    3. Select and purchase the yearly or lifetime subscription

If you have a current subscription purchased directly, you do not need to cancel your current subscription. Purchasing a lifetime subscription will automatically extend your current subscription for life! After making your lifetime purchase, you will not incur any further charges.

Please note previously purchased subscriptions cannot be applied towards a lifetime upgrade.

Changing your subscription plan will not affect your streaks or app stats.
